Automatic T ceiling production line

The ceiling tee grid product is designed so that each structure can be attached to each other without knotting or screwing in. The minor grid system is simply attached to the main grid and the gypsum board is then attached to the T-bar. This provides easy installation with the ability to attach and detach tiles as required using the T-bar`s instant lock feature. The majority of the Material can also be recycled.

Fully automatic production line, the whole line includes three machines for Main Tee machine, Cross Tee machine and Wall Angle Machine.

Main Tee size is 1220mm or 1200mm, Cross Tee size is 610mm or 600mm.

Main Tee machine is cutting first and then punching holes. Cross Tee machine is punching the holes on both sides with two punching devices first and then cutting.

The speed of Main Tee machine and Cross Tee machine is 25m/min. The speed of Wall angle machine is 40m/min.

The machine has high precision, simple debugging, and less waste of raw materials, which greatly saves costs (because the raw materials of the T-ceiling are more expensive).

Fully automatic processing, saving labors, no material loss.

Main Tee machine and Cross Tee machine are servo tracking cutting, fully automatic mould punching. Punching and cutting are accurate, precise hole spacing and perfect bonding.

The machine structure is torrist stand, much stronger, has long service life.

The forming roller has high machining accuracy, and the roller use material as Cr12 with high precision work, heat treatment, uselife is more than 10 years.
